As you all know times are a little different right now. Through all of this difficulty you can still count on Gioia Salon to be your escape. Please read along as we have new protocol to follow!
»Gioia Salon is professionally cleaned and sanitized by Make Over Cleaning on a regular basis.
»Stylists will be working in staggered shifts in order to practice safe social distancing.
»All stylists and clients will be required to wear face masks. We have disposable masks for purchase if needed. We recommend you wear a disposable face mask, so that your reusable mask does not get ruined. Masks must loop around your ears, not tied around your head or neck.
»All appointments will be reserved with a credit card on file. This allows for contactless check out.
»When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car. Text the salon at (781) 996-0050 and we will let you know when we are ready for you to enter.
»We will ask that you immediately sanitize your hands and sit down at your stylist’s station.
»If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be cut short or you may be asked to reschedule. We are on a very strict schedule due to sanitation protocols.
»If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment day of, your card will be charged your appointment fee.
»Please only bring essentials with you. Leave all other belongings in your car and do not bring bags, jackets, books, outside food or drink, etc.
»As always, we will be working on one guest at a time. Please do not bring anyone else with you.
»Our waiting areas are temporarily closed and refreshments will not be provided at this time. We ask that you remain in your stylist’s chair unless you need to use the restroom.
»Each client will have their own "client bag" that consists of your newly laundered towels and cape, and any clips, combs or brushes that we will need for your appointment.
»As always, tools will be sanitized immediately after each appointment, along with our stations and shampoo sinks.
»In order to practice safe social distancing, we will consult while standing behind you. We ask that you keep conversation to a minimum while at the shampoo station.
»If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment and stay home. If you have been around anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule for another time.
»We ask that clients complete this waiver before their first appointment.
